It’s official, I’ve just bought a ticket online for IMATS London 2012. IMATS is short for International Make-Up Artist Trade Show and is the event for beauty enthusiasts.
”The International Make-Up Artist Trade Show is the make-up world’s biggest gathering. Thousands of make-up artists, vendors and enthusiasts discuss, display and collect the best the industry has to offer. Make-up pros from fashion and film (including Oscar, BAFTA and Saturn award winners) provide education and demonstrations at IMATS, and new products often debut there. IMATS also features a make-up museum and an Afterglow party, where trade-show guests can socialize.”

I proudly call myself a make-up enthusiast and I first heard of IMATS on YouTube. Beauty Guru’s showed the amazing things they bought (sometimes even with a discount) and what they did that day. Since I live in The Netherlands, the closest IMATS is in London, however travelling all the way to London just to go to IMATS is rather expensive. This February I’m already in England, I just have to travel from Brighton to London to go to IMATS and how many times will I be this close to IMATS? Well of course, you’ll never know for sure, nevertheless this is a once in a lifetime opportunity so I booked my ticket for Sunday February 5th. I choose Sunday because Sunday Elessa Jade of Pursebuzz and Sam & Nic Chapman, also know as PixiWoo, are going to be there. I’m so exited to finally them in real life, since I always watch their videos. I also can’t wait to buy products that aren’t that easily available or not available at all in The Netherlands.
